You can purchase the products in 2 ways: 1) Enter in your account; select the products, go to checkout, select the method of the payment, Verify the details regarding delivery address and invoicing address, confirm the order and pay, following the instructions of the Shopify payments. Please note for the security reasons, we’ll not save the debit cards details.
In the section Account (icon), you will complete the email and you will received an unique code to sign in, by email provided. After the registration, you will be able to complete the information from the Section My Profile.
No, you can order the products also, in the “Guest” mode. After you select the products, you will proceed with the check-out where you will be requested to complete the information requested for delivering.

Yes, for every order, at the time of delivery, you will receive by email, the confirmation of the dispatching and an invoice in PDF format, with the details of the purchase. If you placed your order as a guest, your invoice will be sent together with your order at the delivery address you provided. If you want to receive a copy, please contact us at customer.care@cherisse-design.com The labels attached to the product will not show the price.
Yes, all the prices are included V.A.T valid at the time of the purchase.
We currently accepted debit cards Mastercard, VISA, GooglePay, ApplePay, cash on delivery/Payment at the carrier representant by card (only for Romania), bank transfer in our bank accounts in wich case you will receive a proforma invoice by email with all the details of the order. The dispatch of the products will be realized only after the confirmation of the payment in our account.
Yes, you can cancel your order. If you want to cancel it before you receive the email confirmation of dispatching from us, you can send an email with the order number, product details. Under applicable distance selling legislation, you can also choose to cancel your order within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of your goods. If you choose this option, we will refund you the full price of any items returned in accordance with our Return Policy . To cancel your purchase, you must clearly inform us of your decision to cancel you contract by sending us an e-mail at customer.care@cherisse-design.com giving us details about the order number, product details and follow the instructions provided by Customer Care Department. You will be responsible to send the products at our address specified on our site, at your cost.
First, Contact Cherisse-design at customer.care@cherisse-design.com with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return/exchange. In the case of an exchange, You will receive a quick reply with availability of the new product. The new product must be the same type, dimensions, quality, price as the first one purchased. Arrange to ship the product back, using a trackable and signed for delivery service. Please note, you will have to bear the cost for returning the product, unless you have agreed otherwise. Items returned must be in their original condition, with all labels attached, original packaging, no signs of usage. The Vendor may refuse the returning if these conditions are not satisfied. After the reception of the product returned, will send you the confirmation and the details of the new dispatch. Please note that only 1 (one) exchange is possible without charge. The refunds will be made via the same method of the payment used at the purchase. In the case of the payment by cash on delivery, you will be requested to provide a bank account (IBAN format), name and surname of the titular of the bank account. A confirmation of the payment will be sent to you via email/phone within 30 days of the receiving of the products, subject of the refund to be accepted.
For a purchase using a Gift Card, you will proceed as for a normal purchase and, at the time of the checkout, you will enter the unique code received by email. After entering it, you will be able to see the total amount remaining to be paid after the use of the Gift Card. Please be aware that the value of the Gift Card must be under or equal to the amount of the products you want to purchase.
