So, please be free to send your request by phone at 07722426310 or by email at hello@cherisse-design.com together with all the details like: Name/Company details, Delivery address, Invoice address, product requested, number of pieces, text for a personalized message to the recipient and we’ll get back to you in max 24 hours with a confirmation of the order and a proforma invoice with all details needed for a secure payment.
There is NO MINIMUM of order, but for a minimum of 10 pieces we offer good volume discounts. We’ll do all the best to assist you!
DELIVERY
We deliver free of charge all over Romania, within 2-4 working days for stock products, by DPD courier and 10-14 working days for pre-order or not in stock products.
For Europe, at fix charge of 25 eur for EU countries, within 2-4 working days for stock products, by DPD courier and 10-14 working days for pre-order or not in stock products.
For other countries, we’ll send the courier price at the order confirmation.
All duties and tax responsibilities are in the customer part.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE
There are 30 days of free returns option. If you haven’t used the product, you cand send us an email at customer.care@cherisse-design.com to explain what happened and to begin the process of returning. We’ll send you the instructions where to send the product. A refund of the purchase amount – minus the delivery fee – will be made within 15 days after we receive the return. We’ll send you an email to let you know when a refund has been made.
If you want to exchange a product, please send an email at customer.care@cherisse-design.com and let us know the details of your exchange wish. We’ll do our best to fulfil your wish as smooth as possible.
